Each office suite rental will be provided two key fobs for entry into the building between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday - Saturday.

Yes, a 10-seat conference room with a 65-inch TV and whiteboard is available to reserve through the Landlord with every office suite rental. The conference room is also available for Daily Rentals. 

Electricity and standard fiber internet are included in the price per office suite. Upgraded internet is available for additional costs.  

Yes, two spaces are included with each office suite rental. 

The co-working space  includes a kitchen/break room area that contains a commercial grade Keurig, microwave, refrigerator and one locking storage cabinet per office suite rental. 

The common areas in the building are professionally cleaned once a week. Common areas include foyer, conference room, bathrooms and break room.
